Tainted Blood:
Abominations may transform into a monster as a free action once per Phase. While in Tainted Blood form, the Abomination gains +2 MOV, and +5 DMG/DEF, but can no longer deal damage outside of 1 range while transformed. If reduced to 0 HP, or a free action not on the same turn as they transformed, the Abomination transforms back to their normal form, losing all bonuses from their Tainted Blood. The Abomination counts as a Monster for any weapons and skills that target Monsters, even untransformed. If forcibly untransformed, they cannot transform again for 1 turn.

Protean Flesh:
The Abomination gains +3 DEF or RES after being struck by an attack, depending on its type. Physical attacks gain DEF, magical attacks gain RES. Attacks that hit the lower of either boost the stat that was struck previously. Protean Flesh lasts for 1 turn.

Bio: The fourth son of a poor family, Takeo grew up used to hardship and struggle. Despite being looked down on by his wealthier peers for coming from nothing, he managed to make friends with a group of children led by Akamatsu Satoshi and Saihara Hanako. In truth, he had a crush on Hanako from the moment he laid eyes on her, and mainly became part of the group just to stay close to her - even if the rumors always held it would be Akamatsu and Saihara, he always carried a private hope.

He cemented his place in the group with his carpentry skills; he was by no means professional level, but when they all came across a shed in the woods, he did the most work turning it into a hideout for the group. Always the most reckless (though he would say bravest), he was always the first to take dares, throw punches in defense of the others, or explore the forest and local junkyard to find cool new things to add to the shed. Life was tough, but exciting... until the day Hanako disappeared.

Takeo's heart was broken when her body was finally discovered two nervewracking days later. Shaken by the loss of the biggest light in his life, he threw himself into several self-destructive behaviors - underage smoking and drinking, fighting, stealing, vandalism. He even ran away from home and went missing for almost sixteen months before returning to Iwatodai, even more embittered and thuggish than before. But maybe, just maybe, it's not too late for him...
